Parks

There are several parks in our community. 

Bluff Park

Enjoy a great view of the Confluence of the Mississippi and Des Moines Rivers.
Get a look into both Illinois and Missouri from this park atop the bluffs.

Estes Park

This park was the former location of the Estes House, a military hospital used primarily during the Civil War. Enjoy the Power House 500 mural while resting in the gazebo.

Gateway Park

Situated at the end of the Keokuk-Hamilton Bridge, this park welcomes visitors entering from Illinois.

Joyce Park

Moved from its former home, this park features softball and baseball fields with a concession stand and restroom.

Kilbourne Park

Visitors can picnic and play at this park before heading to the nearby National Cemetery.

Kiser Park

A quite getaway, this park features playground equipment and sports facilities.

Roadside Park

Home of the Keokuk sign, this park welcomes visitors entering Keokuk from the US Hwy 61 and 218 bypass.

Riverview Park

Featuring amazing views of the Mississippi, this park features a large open area, playground equipment, and horseshoe pits.

Victory Park

Get an up-close view of a barge as it locks through Lock 19. This riverside park sits just down river from the Ameren Power House Lock & Dam and features new playground equipment and a picnic area.

Tolmie Park

This park offers a variety of activities for families. Home to the Keokuk Aquatic Center, the park also features skateboard ramps and a new handicap accessible playground, Bently's Park. 

Bently's Park

A handicap accessible playground located at Tolmie Park. In addition, this park offers a K-splash water feature. 

Triangle Park

A local favorite with the kids for its namesake. This park features the original Rocket Slide, a basketball court, and picnic area.

Rand Park

Keokuk’s largest park includes beautiful views of the Mississippi River and landscaping to match. Enjoy the many amenities including the concert pavilion, sports facilities, and playground equipment.
